How do I join the workshop?

You will receive a reminder 48 hours before the workshop with the Zoom link. Please email me directly, at poonam@ysm8.co.uk if you have any issues..

I want to join, but I won't be able to stay for the whole two hours

No worries, I will be sending the replay of the video - which will be available for two weeks.

Question 3

Do I have to attend the workshop live?

Accepted Answer

No, if you're unable to join us live, you will still receive the recording. So you can replay in your own time. But I do encourage you do join us live,  you will experience the nourishing energy and taste the wisdom that emerges from being held in a community space.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

I don’t offer refunds. I am available to have a chat beforehand to answer any questions or thoughts before you sign up. You can email me directly on, poonam@ysm8.co.uk and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Will I get feedback on my writing?

Accepted Answer

This isn't a craft workshop, nor is it a workshop where we'll read our writing out loud. This workshop is aimed at exploring the practice of discernment through our bodies and writing. The writing we do will be more about self-exploration in support of expressing ourselves more authentically.

Is this workshop for experienced writers only?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This workshop is for anyone who is feeling called to express themselves more authentically, who is feeling the inner pull to make decisions from their alignment, and wants to learn how to listen to their intuition deeper.

Question 7

Do I need to be writer, creative or artist to join?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need to be a seasoned writer, painter or maker. You simply need to be open-hearted and curious to see what emerges. My intention as your coach is guide you gently into your body, energy and environment. I welcome you exactly as you are.

Will there be small breakouts?

Accepted Answer

No, there won't be small breakout groups in these workshops; this is will be an intimate space for introspection and reflection.  I will be inviting you to share any reflections with the group - You may share as much or as little as you like, whatever feels safe and comfortable for you.

Question 9

Is this therapy, coaching or mental health support

Accepted Answer

While Poonam is an accredited somatic coach, this offering is not a mental health offering. She  is showing up to this space as an interdisciplinary artist, somatic coach and creative facilitator.
