Wear something you will be warm and comfortable in, especially nice warm fluffy socks to keep your feet snug.

The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for the session, mats, blankets and pillows. You may like to bring your own pillow or favourite blanket, maybe an eye mask and a bottle of water/juice. Bring a pen and journal too if you have one.

Karinya Yoga has a car park just outside of the studio and it is free to park there.
