Join us for a powerful, heart-centred journey as we gather in sacred ceremony to honour the element of fire in all its forms - elemental fire that ignites and transforms, cosmic fire that connects us to higher realms, and soul fire, the inner spark that fuels our purpose, passion, and presence.

We begin the evening gathering to sip Blue Lotus Tea, a revered flower known for awakening the heart and pineal gland, inviting us into a state of calm, clarity, and deep receptivity. As the tea opens your energetic channels, we’ll gently drop into a guided meditation, allowing the body to soften and the spirit to expand, preparing you for the journey ahead.

From this space of connection, we begin our intention-setting and gratitude ritual. You will be invited to reflect on what you are grateful for, and what you wish to call in. These messages from your soul will be written and offered to the flames in a sacred fire ceremony, as we symbolically transmute old energies and ignite new beginnings.

As the flames carry your prayers and intentions upward, you will be immersed in a 30-minute restorative gong bath. The healing vibrations will help integrate your journey, supported by your personal Red Jasper crystal - anchoring your energy in the space. Red Jasper, deeply connected to the element of fire and known for its nurturing strength, empowers you to carry your intentions forward with clarity, grounding, and purpose as you leave.

Your Hosts:

Sara & Stephanie are graduates of Maria Lodetoft’s House Of Moon Academy, and part of the Spiritual Wellbeing team at The Mandrake.

Sara is a devoted spiritual sound & energy healer who weaves the sacred tones of Singing Bowls and the deep resonance of the Gong to guide others into states of inner peace and energetic realignment.

Stephanie is a sound & energy healer whose journey began with a profound calling to reconnect with the wisdom of the stars, leading her to immerse in the transformative power of vibration, frequency and multidimensional healing.

Surrounded by lush passionflower and jasmine plants, Jurema is an urban oasis where the feel-good sounds from the Waeska bar below rise up and become part of the soundscape of our evening together. We invite you to embrace it all in good spirit, and let these joyful frequencies mingle with and elevate your experience with us. The Terrace is un-covered meaning we trust in the sky to hold us as our intentions rise to meet it.
