The Sadhana Kitchen

Talk on Spiritual Nutrition, Kundalini Kriyas and meditations to support digestion, assimilation and a healthy outlook. This will be led by the one and only. Claire Missingham.

Claire has been teaching yoga for over 20 years with many well known clients, with a very interesting upbringing, Claire has been living a spiritual life from a very early age. This will be a super informative evening with plenty of takeaways for you to consider on your journey to true health.

Having been diagnosed with auto-immune disease Coeliac over 18 years ago, and more recently Lupus, she has used her credits as an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant to keep herself not just well, but Radiantly Alive. She loves nothing more than to pass on her knowledge and passion for adaptogens, herbs and a fully plant-based life as a path to health and vitality. Claire now creates plant-based drink menus for cafés as well as giving talks on yoga, philosophy and health.
