The Enlightenment Salon with Gemma Styles and David Larbi
Join us for an intimate evening of bold voices and brilliant storytelling at The Salon, a literary salon series in partnership with The Gilded Acorn and Aphra.
For our October meeting of minds, we’re thrilled to welcome two exceptional writers: Gemma Styles, author of Why am I Like This, and David Larbi, poet and author of Frequently Happy.
We'll be gathering together to listen to David and Gemma speak on their manifestos for happiness, mental wellbeing, and creativity. Both authors are well known voices in the mental health space; Gemma writing passionately on ADHD and neurodivergence, and David penning and performing poetry that reflects the world and our place in it.
The Salon invites questions from the audience throughout the evening, providing a special opportunity to connect with the authors you love, face to face. Tickets include a copy of either Why Am I Like This or Frequently Happy, which will be available to be signed on the night.
