The Salt Room Supper Club March

Brighton's The Salt Room host a quarterly Supper Club for regular guests and new friends.
Inspired by all things seasonal and local to Brighton Head Chef Dave Mothersill and his team create a 5 course menu, paired with wines, to showcase their cooking talents.
This event takes place in the stunning Private Dining Room of The Salt Room with sea views.
Oysters, smoked dulse, bacon, oyster cream (Eruzione Blanco 1614 Carricante, Planeta - Sicily, Italy)
Umami dashi, octopus, wild garlic, seaweed (En Rama Manzanilla, La Guita - Jerez, Spain)
Salmon, roe, charcoal, lettuce, dill (Gruner Veltliner, Weingut Steininger – Wachau, Austria)
Wagyu beef, peas, onions, béarnaise ice cream (Crozes Hermitage Alberic Bouvet, Domaine Gilles Robin – Rhone, France)
Rhubarb, cream cheese, sorrel (Cabernet Franc Icewine, Peller – Niagara, Canada)

Future Supper Club menus will be launched nearer the time and will contain the most seasonal Sussex produce we can find. Please contact us for more details or any dietary requirements.
£50 per person, £75 with matched wines
2017 dates: 28 March, 27 June, 12 September,
Start time: 6:30pm for 7pm, end by approximately 10pm.
There are limited seats around our Supper Club table, please book your date early to avoid disappointment.
When buying tickets you can buy the Food only ticket and purchase drinks on the evening or select the Wine Pairing option in addition to your Food ticket to experienence the Supper Club in it's entirety.
