As we enter the darker half of the year, Samhain invites us to pause – to honour what has passed, gently release what no longer serves, and reconnect with what truly matters.
This special candlelit SAMHAIN session, you’ll be held in a quiet, nurturing space designed to help you:
- Let go — through breath, stillness, and subtle movement, release old energy, stories, or emotions that you’re ready to shed
- Honour your ancestors – whether through memory, intention, or quiet presence, take time to connect with those who came before you. You are welcome to bring a photo or item to place on a small shared altar — to honour a loved one, an ancestor, or simply your lineage.
We’ll combine the soothing practices of Yoga Nidra, mindful meditation, pranayama (breathwork), sound and Reiki energy healing.
