In the second of these practical and informative workshops, we shall delve into the sweet, comforting luxury of the Vanilla pod, discovering its labour-intensive cultivation, history and delicious diverse uses. During the session you will create two inspired botanical blends: a vanilla infused sugar or salt and liquid Vanilla extract.

Having taken part in the cinnamon and ginger workshop, Tanya has so much information to hand, the workshop is bursting with information and ideas on the fascinating uses of so many spices and plants.
