The School of Clinical Medicine, University of Cambridge, is delighted to announce that Dr Elaine Fuchs is giving this year's Sackler Distinguished Lecture. The title of her talk is Stem cells in silence, action and cancer. Elaine is an HHMI Investigator and the Rebecca Lancefield Professor of Mammalian Cell Biology and Development at the Rockefeller University. She is renowned for her research in skin biology, its stem cells and associated genetic disorders.
