Ciara Jean Roberts is an Ambassadaor and Educator in Holstic Health. Yoga Facilitator, Author, Shamanic Practitoner, Creative and Inspirational Speaker. She sojourned from credit risk in banking, to setting up her passion and purpose, Wholly Aligned, in 2012, soon after qualifying as a naturopathic nutritionist.

As Wholly Aligned has evolved, she weaves in ancient wisdoms, holistic nutrition, her gifts of growing up in beautiful Zambia, alongside the modern neuroscience of breath, yoga psychology and hopeful inspiration through story. Her 40 years lived adventures with her kidneys, including 10.5 years on dialysis at two different stages in her life, and her second kidney transplant in October 2019, have been the rich teachings for her to share a truly holistic toolkit, unique to each person. Her recent appointment as trustee to the British Association of Holistic Medicine and Healthcare (BHMA) reflects her lifelong passion to create a truly integrated health system.

Ciara is part of the steering group and yoga teacher for Kidney Beam - a hopeful holistic step in the world of renal medicine. Alongside specialising in transformational 1:1 work, her interests include kidneys (of course!), medic wellbeing, community health and creative arts to help heal. Ciara also is a musician and freestyle dancer. Her mission is to help thousands across the globe awaken their inner physician and shine their lights bright.

She very much advocates people taking responsibility for their own health, in order for them to feel well within themselves, from a place of courage and understanding. Responsibility is this: cultivating one's ability to consciously respond. Always a work in progress right!

Ciara passionately believes in the power of an integrated health system. We do this by diving into our own inner terrains. To brave the wilderness within. And to cultivate deep love for onself. To remember, we were whole all along.
