About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
Do you find yourself eating when you’re not hungry, forgetting meals and then overeating, turning to food when stressed, bored, or overwhelmed? Do you wonder why it feels impossible to stop?
If you have ADHD, you're not alone. Emotional eating can show up more impulsively, more intensely, and is often intertwined with guilt or shame for neurodivergent individuals. In this workshop, nutritionist and ADHD coach Sarah Osborne will explore why ADHD can make brains more wired to seek comfort and stimulation through food, and what drives that dynamic.
This is a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you’ll be met where you are. With two reflective, practical exercises included, you’ll leave with greater awareness, deeper understanding, and your next steps forward – all guided by science, curiosity, and kindness.
Workshop Highlights:
- Identify the key triggers and patterns that fuel emotional eating
- Learn simple, actionable tools to move toward more consistent, nourishing eating habits
- Take part in two guided exercises to create meaningful change
- Ask your questions live and get insights from a BANT registered nutritionist and emotional eating specialist
