How do I get to the venue?

What outdoor clothing should I bring?

We will be doing practical work outside so it will be sensible to bring appropriate wet weather clothing and walking shoes or boots.

Will there be a lot of walking involved?

We will be travelling to locations outside the hotel grounds and transfers will be provided and are included in the ticket price. There will be some walking involved to access suitable locations but it won't be too strenous. There will be group work so if you are unable to walk longer distances we will try to accommodate this.

Is food and drink included?

All meals will be provided and are included in the price of the ticket. This includes breakfast, lunch & dinner on Sunday and breakfast on Monday. Soft drinks and light refreshments will also be provided on Sunday during the workshop. All other drinks purchased at the hotel need to be paid for separately

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
