Her work spans genres but remains grounded in truth, driven by a passion for shifting perspectives and igniting meaningful dialogue. Having founded the Creative Film Awards, Assemble, and launched a feature on Tubi UK as the first UK Black female filmmaker to do so, Zarine’s journey has been about more than just filmmaking—it's been about making space, breaking ground, and amplifying stories that matter.
