The Sculpture Park is open during lockdown 2 for local visitors to enjoy fresh air and exercise their physical and mental well being. Please ensure you are following all government guidelines when booking tickets.
The Sculpture Park:
For art lovers, collectors, sculptors, photographers and nature enthusiasts - The Sculpture Park in Churt is a hidden gem. From the gates you may not expect the treasures that lie within. Upon entering the 10-acre site, nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, you are transported into a magical sanctuary where a 2-mile trail weaves through water gardens, woodlands and incredible sculptures, all of which are for sale.
The park is open daily to pre-booked ticket holders from 10am – Sunset (4-5pm ) with last entry 2pm (winter hours).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Tickets must be purchased online via the Eventbrite page.
- All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another date and time. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced. The Sculpture Park accepts no liability if a customer is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
- Visitors must bring a printout / digital booking confirmation of their booking and present it on arrival (anyone without a valid ticket will not be granted entry).
- Visitors can arrive at any time within their chosen hour time slot.
- Visitors are advised to complete the trail within 2-3 hours.
- Last entry slot is at 2pm and all visitors must vacate the site by sunset (4-5pm depending on light).
- Please only book correct tickets. No refunds will be given for overpaid tickets.
- Concession tickets are for children, students, over 65s, disabled visitors and carers.
Covid-19 health and safety procedures will be in place and must be adhered to:
- If you / anyone in your group / household has shown symptoms, please do not visit the premises
- Remember, you can only visit an outdoor public place with the people you live with, with your support bubble or, when on your own, with one person from another household.
- Face masks must be worn inside reception.
- The gallery will be closed during lockdown
- Stay within household /visitor groups
- Wash / disinfect hands regularly using the facilities provided (and bring your own hand sanitiser)
- Maintain physical distancing from people outside of your group
- Please avoid touching sculpture.
- A one-way system is in operation from reception, following coloured arrows and numbers in order.
FAQ
- Toilets are open and are cleaned regularly
- Car parking is available outside our gates and over the road in The Bel and the Dragon pub. Once these are both full, please park along Jumps Road in a careful and considerate manner, avoiding neighboring driveways.
- There are no refreshments available. Picnics are not advised but you are welcome to bring a drink/snacks. Please take any rubbish away with you.
- All children must stay with adults and be well behaved at all times. Please do not run, shout or treat the park like a play area
- Well behaved dogs are welcome and must stay on a short lead at all times. Please take any dog mess away with you.
- Please stick to the paths at all times
- Please be respectful of other visitors
- There is deep water in the park. Children must be supervised at all times.
