About the hosts

Julia Meckael-Jennings is a health & wellness coach, working with individuals and organisations, helping people reach their potential. She uses motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive lifestyle changes. She is passionate about dance fitness and the benefits of movement on mental health, having trained as a Zumba instructor. She also works as a Temple Spa lifestyle consultant, sharing the benefits of aromatherapy to enhance wellbeing.

Mariyana Bushara is a mental health consultant, learning facilitator and an inspirational speaker who uses psychology principles to help individuals identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours enabling them to thrive rather than survive. Her background is predominantly in psychology, carrying out both one to one and group work. She uses powerful tools and techniques to draw on strengths and help individuals overcome their limiting beliefs, step out of their comfort zone, and achieve the results they want. Mariyana is able to pull on different models to help her clients overcome low confidence, stress, low mood and anxiety.

Sally Mady is a Lifestyle & Mindset Coach and NLP Practicioner. She supports women in particular mothers to feel lighter, more connected to themselves, reclaim their identity and find their spark to live a fabulous and fulfiled life of their dreams. Her coaching journey began with a desire for fulfillment beyond motherhood. In her program she uses tools and strategies from both coaching and NLP to help clients reconnect with themselves, boost their confidence and self esteem to overcome negative inner voices and stretch themselves out of their comfort zone to thrive personally and professionally. She helps clients with setting boundaries and strengthening connections while prioritising their own needs and wellbeing.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in “doing it all.” If you're craving space to reset, reconnect with yourself and rediscover your inner calm and clarity — this is for you.

What’s your refund or cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations after that are subject to either 50% refund or a voucher with the full amount towards future events.

What should I bring?

Please bring pen and paper to take notes should you wish, plus your FABULOUS self.

Is food included?

Yes. We will provide unlimited hot drinks, light snacks, breakfast rolls and cold drinks. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements. We will try our best to meet them.
