Overview

The Seen Collective is for those who feel held back by perfectionism, fear of judgment, imposter syndrome or the pressure to get it right.

Twice a month

We shall be exploring the feeling of 'being stuck' and what's keeping us there. Join in EFT tapping and be guided to reveal and release what may be holding you back in your personal or professional life.


EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Is a simple and effective stress relief tool where we tap on acupressure points on the face and body. You will be guided through the process, with no need to share in the group unless you so wish. This is a monthly community and all are welcome.


Example focus subjects we shall go deeper into in each session:

  • Procrastination
  • Judgement
  • Self-worth / not feeling 'good enough'
  • Perfectionism
  • Fear of visibility


Who’s it for?

The Seen Collective is for those building something meaningful who still feel held back by perfectionism, fear of judgment, or the pressure to get it right.

Maybe they’re on the edge of sharing more of themselves — a new project, business, offering, or identity — but sense resistance rising just as they’re ready to grow.

If you’re tired of not showing up fully and are ready to move through what’s been keeping you small, this space will help you do it — gently, consistently, and with support.


Who's it not for?

The group experience may not be suitable for you if:

  • You have unresolved or significant trauma that would be better supported in a one-to-one, trauma-informed EFT session.
  • You find it difficult to self-regulate or to pause and take care of yourself if emotions arise.
  • You prefer intensive, advanced EFT techniques or complex processes beyond the standard tapping sequence.


Each 60-minute live session blends:

  • Guided EFT tapping to clear emotional and energetic blocks
  • Nervous system regulation for safety and calm
  • Energy practices to restore flow and confidence
  • Time for reflection and integration
  • Held online twice a month, these sessions create a rhythm of release and renewal that helps you stay aligned, centred, and visible — on your own terms.


Library access to recordings:

  • Replays available for you to watch anytime in the member portal

£28 p/m (£20p/m for founding members - now open)

Each session is live and recorded, and is themed around what’s most relevant to the group as a whole. Replays will only ever be available to members. Stay for as long or as short as you need to move forward. You can cancel at any time.

Emotional Freedom Techniques draws from acupuncture, cognitive reframing, exposure therapy, and other time-honoured approaches to healing. These techniques may bring to the surface issues and memories that need addressing, perhaps ones you were not aware of before. If this happens, you may wish to continue the work 1:1 with Ruth or another Clinical EFT Practitioner of your choice. Your consent to use these techniques involves your voluntary agreement to take full responsibility for your well-being, progress, and behaviour and to indemnify practitioner, Ruth Illger.

While EFT is a technique that has produced remarkable clinical results and is gaining scientific support, it is not a replacement for Psychiatric, Psychological or Medical treatment.
