This particular edition celebrates the coming 'end of the year'.

The end of the year doesn’t mean a massive deal for me. Particularly around expectation for the New Year.

What I do like to do though, is use this as a time of reflection of the goings on of the year.

You can expect a reflective, heart opening session to close 2025 with intention.
