Event description

Description

Sisters, are you craving some peace and quiet, some space just for yourself?

Do you like the idea of a digital detox, away from the buzz and hum of your everyday world?

Would you like to unlock the keys to your own sensuality?

Then join us for a weekend of silence and heightened sensuality at beautiful St. Katherine’s Parmoor in Frieth. Many people equate sensuality only with sex. While they are a part of each other, sensuality is much deeper than that. Through sensuality we are able to understand ourselves, our world and how we exist within it.

On this silent retreat, you will sink into what is means to be a feeling, sensing being - a feeling, sensing woman. Through silence you will be able to better hear what is going on in your heart. Through silence your senses will guide you. Through silence we will be able to connect to each other and ourselves in a deeper and richer way.

You will leave feeling Refreshed, Renewed and Realigned with the essence of everything that you are.

Immerse yourself in Feminine Embodiment practices, Chi Kung, Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing, Gong Bath, Chakra Realignment, guided meditations and guided journaling.
