The Service Desk - Resolver Drop-in Session TITCHFIELD.

The Service Desk has now been operational for over 5 months. The latest version of the Service Desk has just been released, delivering a number of functional improvements. Co-incidentally we've also had some feedback that resolvers would like to know more about the operational aspects of the tool. As such, we'd like to invite you to some Resolver team Knowledge Transfer sessions.
