About this event

The purpose of this meet up is to create a safe, relaxed and supportive environment for men to talk about mens stuff over a tea or coffee.

This event is open to men of all ages, who might find it valuable to get out of the house for 90 minutes for some respite away from the demands and pressures of daily life.

As humans we have a biological need for connection to maintain our health and wellbeing but not everyone has access to the kind of safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to talk about our individual and collective difficulties.

We will explore some of the common challenges and stigma's that men face and listen to one another's views on these.

There is no set criteria for attendance but could be particularly useful for any men looking for an outlet to express any thoughts or feelings currently impacting wellbeing.

The evening is being hosted by Gary Young, who is a local Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher and the founder of The Mindful Enterprise C.I.C, a social enterprise specialising health, wellbeing and unlocking human potential.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is a free ticket registration on Eventbrite, however there is a suggested £3 minimum donation payable in cash on the night to cover venue hire and refreshments.

There are only a limited number of tickets available, so we would encourage only registering for a ticket if fully committed to attending.

Should you wish to contact us prior to the event, please email us at info@themindfulenterprise.org.

We look forward to seeing you.
