Is there wheelchair access?

ANIMA is wheelchair accessible and supports those with limited mobility. ANIMA is step-free and there are two ramp access points outside as an alternative to the exterior platform steps. However, if using the Ferry Quays Car Park, please note that this is not step-free.

What is the refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable.

Do you provide kosher or halal options?

We are not able to accommodate for kosher or halal dietary requirements, and would suggest the vegetarian selection.

I have an dietary allergy/intolerance

Please contact ANIMA directly to discuss your specific dietary requirements prior to the event date. Our kitchen is not allergen free, and despite best efforts we cannot eliminate the risk of cross contamination and cannot guarantee that our dishes are free of allergens.
