This December, join The Sisterhood Society Run Club for a magical morning of movement, community, and giving back. We're coming together for a joyful 5K run (or walk!) through the beautiful grounds of Erddig National Trust to raise money for Alzheimer's Society and [second charity name].

Whether you're running in memory of a loved one, spreading festive cheer, or just fancy earning a mince pie with some feel-good steps, we’d love to have you join us. Expect twinkly vibes, friendly faces, and a whole lot of love.

After the run, join us in Hickory’s lovely barn area for a heartwarming charity bake sale - because no Christmas celebration is complete without delicious treats!

This is more than just a run. It’s a chance to come together, give back, and make special memories - tinsel, running trainers and all.

• When: Sunday 7th December | 10:00AM start time
• Where: Hickory's Smokehouse Car Park, Sontley Road, Erddig, Wrexham, LL13 7EN
• Run Route: A beautiful 5km route through the stunning Erddig National Trust park. Click here to view the full route.
• Distance: 5km - Walk, jog, or sprint - it's up to you!
• Pace: All levels welcome - whether you’re new to running or a seasoned athlete, this is about having fun and supporting great causes.
• Who Can Join: The event is open to all - members and non-members of The Sisterhood Society Run Club, men, women, and kids!
• Dress Code: Festive jumpers, hats, tinsel, costumes—anything merry and bright!🎄✨
• Cost: £10 per person. All proceeds go directly to Alzheimer’s Society and [second charity name].

Volunteers Needed:
Want to get involved? We’d love your help! Whether you want to be a marshal, donate baked goods, or assist at the bake sale, there’s a spot for you.

Photo & Media Notice:
Please be aware that photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. By participating, you consent to your image being used on our social media channels.

Parking:
Parking is limited, so please walk, take public transport, or car share if you possible. Use Hickory’s car park (but leave enough spaces for restaurant guests and staff). If the car park is starting to get full, please head to the Erddig National Trust car park on Sontley Road.

Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else - just get in touch with us to arrange it.

By taking part in this fun run, you agree to run at your own risk. The Sisterhood Society Run Club, event organisers, volunteers, and venue accept no liability for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles before, during, or after the event. Please be aware that the course includes mixed terrain - roads, woodland, and uneven paths - and you may encounter other runners, cyclists, dog walkers, cars, and farm animals.
