Does your organisation need to approach social media more strategically? Are you keen to speak to other charity chief executives and senior staff about their experiences of using social media?
This half-day course is aimed at CEO's and senior staff keen to ensure social media is closely aligned to organisational goals. You'll come away from this session with an understanding of how social media can help your organisation achieve its aims, how you can protect your reputation online, which channels are key to your charity and the practicalities of content creation. You'll also get a chance to get hands-on with Twitter - exploring the basics, Twitter Lists, Hashtags and more.
