Join The Social at designjunction for a problem solving evening, using your imagination and Meccano to create design solutions.
When: Saturday 24 September, 14:00 - 16:00
Where: The Crossing, Central Saint Martins, 1 Granary Square, London N1C 4AA
The workshop will be led by Kennedy Woods Architecture, a practice that have their own love of problem solving, regarding it to be the building blocks of design, at the heart of the creative process. Alongside practicing architecture, they run a number of participatory workshops to give children and adults of all ages the chance to tackle fun design challenges, and build important life skills through hands-on experiences.

The studio's core values of collaboration, innovation and mastery will be the main focus for the Meccano workshop - a fun and relaxed evening, and a chance to see their approach to design in action: earnestly questioning, rigorously experimenting, always seeking to exceed expectation.
Each participant will receive complimentary drinks and a Meccano kit to take home, to continue experiementing or to recreate iconic life-like monuments, of either the Empire State Building or Eiffel Tower from these special edition sets.
