Welcome to The Social Menopause – where midlife meets laughter, learning, and a little bit of magic!

After the buzz of our launch event, we’re back for another evening of connection, conversation, and celebration. This time, we’ll be joined by a GP and certified Menopause Coach, ready to talk honestly about the signs, symptoms, and management of menopause – plus share empowering tips on how to advocate for yourself and get the support you deserve.

Think of it as your chance to ask a GP all those questions you’ve been saving for “one day” – with plenty of time for an open, friendly Q&A.

Expect new friendships, shared stories, and a big dose of reassurance that you’re not navigating this chapter alone. We’re here to make menopause less mystery, more sisterhood – with some fun along the way.
