Making The Leap is a social mobility charity, founded in 1993, that exists to support the aspirations and increase the access to opportunities for young people from less-advantaged backgrounds.

For us this is more than just a job, we firmly believe that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter the family they were born into or the area they grew up in. Our commitment to you is that we will always do the best we can for you and that we will always do the right thing, and be honest and ethical.

We created the Social Mobility Careers Fair for the express purpose of connecting talented young people with top companies. This year will be our 7th annual Fair, but with a twist, as we are going virtual! We've got lots of fantastic organisations who will be giving talks, advice, and introductions to your dream careers. You'll find live vacancies at top organisations (e.g. HSBC, Foxtons, Reed Smith, Lidl, Ukie, Peel Hunt, Weil, Lansons, Smart DCC, Infinity Global, & more), exclusive insights into brilliant industries, application pipelines and processes explained.
