Can I participate if I have limited mobility?

Yes, absolutely. The yin yoga poses are completely optional. I’ll guide you through the meditation and breathwork, and you’re welcome to skip the poses if it feels better for you.

Will I have to interact with others?

Not at all, unless you want to. You are welcome to simply show up and experience the session quietly. At the end, there will be an optional opportunity to share or reflect, but it’s entirely your choice.

Do I need previous experience with meditation or yoga?

No experience is necessary. The session is designed to be gentle and accessible for everyone, whether you’re new or experienced in meditation and yoga.

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

I might ask you for permission to record the session, with the aim of keeping my audio content. I would make sure to cut out and stop recording when we open the space for your sharing.
