These workshops will be held in person every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, in Hwb Hapus - Holywell.

This offering I have created was the foundation of my healing journey, and what I hope to be the foundation of yours.

These workshops have been carefully curated to guide you back into your body - to help you explore, embody and expand into the full spectrum of your humanity. They work with your energy field for deep integration and rest, and to take you on the path back to wholeness.

What I'm offering isn’t a quick fix. These workshops show you the depth that you can reach when you surrender to the journey - not for perfection, but for growth.

I want you to see who you are at your core, when the masks are stripped back and the stories that keep you small are silenced. I want you to feel the inner truth that resonates through your body, when you silence your mind so you can listen.

I want to give you space for you to be you; fully embodied and radically authentic. A real, raw, human being. It’s not a quick fix, because you’re not broken - you’re a flower just waiting to bloom.

If there is a workshop that you are not able to attend due to commitments please let me know 3+ weeks in advance. Where possible an arrangement can be made where you can pay extra for a 1 to 1 session and catch up on what you missed.
This does not include the shadow work workshop.
