Free parking available after 5.30 pm near SaltRooms and also at Meadowbank shopping centre

Do I need a blanket

Blankets are provided along with water, although if you have a specific cozy blanket please bring it

Wear comfy clothing so you can relax

What do I wear on my feet in the Saltroom

If you choose to wear shoes/trainers, there is shoe coverings provided for these, there is also the option to go barefoot
