The Sound of Autumn is the closing chapter of our monthly gong bath series, a final gathering before the season turns. Autumn reminds us of the beauty in release and the richness of harvest: a time to gather what we’ve grown, to honour what has ripened, and to let go of what no longer serves. This 75-minute journey will help you attune to what’s steady, spacious, and sacred inside. Together, we’ll breathe into gratitude, rest in the rhythm of change, and remember that every ending is part of a greater cycle of renewal.

Ebony , founder of Fiery Hearts is a movement and wellbeing practitioner. Known for creating soul-nourishing spaces, she weaves strength, wisdom, and deep connection into everything she shares. Her gong baths are deeply intuitive and grounded in rhythm, presence, and care, guiding you into profound rest and reflection.
