As light and dark meet in perfect balance, the Autumn Equinox invites us to pause and honour the turning of the year. The Sound of Equinox is a 75-minute gong bath to help you rest into stillness, release what no longer serves, and ground into a deeper sense of harmony.

Together, we create space to acknowledge what has been, gently shed what is ready to go, and prepare the inner soil for the seeds of the next chapter. Through vibration, breath, and resonance, this journey offers a soft yet powerful invitation to align with the wisdom of the season.

🎶 What’s the Experience Like?

We begin with a grounding breathwork practice designed to gently anchor us into the theme of release. With each exhale, we soften our hold on what is ready to fall away. Optional, gentle touch may be offered (with full consent and clear boundaries) to support embodiment and safety.

From there, you’ll be immersed in a deeply resonant gong bath, waves of sound designed to quiet the mind, dissolve tension, and awaken inner clarity. As the vibrations settle, we’ll close in shared silence, offering space to integrate and gently return.

Ebony , founder of Fiery Hearts is a movement and wellbeing practitioner. Known for creating soul-nourishing spaces, she weaves strength, wisdom, and deep connection into everything she shares. Her gong baths are deeply intuitive and grounded in rhythm, presence, and care, guiding you into profound rest and reflection.

• Reduced – £18 A gentle middle option if the standard rate feels a little out of reach. Your presence supports the work in real ways, and we’re so glad you’re here.
• Supported – £14 For anyone who needs a bit of financial breathing space right now. If this makes it easier to join us, please know you’re warmly welcomed, your being here is what matters most.
