Explore the secret life of materials through words, senses and play with artist Kate Temple and The Zoom Club’s Claudine Quinn. Participate in an exploratory promenade through the galleries and create your own sounds, words and stories using materials inspired by the work of Karla Black and Kishio Suga.
Come and enjoy The Sound of Stuff with us at 2pm, for ages 2-4, and at 3pm for ages 5+. To book this event for children aged 5+, follow this link.
Please be aware, we have created each bespoke workshop with a target age range in mind, however, we understand that you may need to bring a child’s siblings along who may not be within the advised age bracket. In these cases, just let our workshop facilitators know and we can speak to you about how best to get everyone involved and having fun. This event has been devised around children and their adults being able to play with materials - so adults, prepare to explore The Sound of Stuff too.
We encourage children of all abilities to come and join us. Please get in touch with us directly if we can provide you with any support or advice on access.
