We are pleased to announce that, in partnership with the University of Southampton and Thaless, the Award Ceremony and Private Exhibition for the Primary Engineer and Secondary Engineer Leaders Award in the South of England will be held at the University of Southampton on Thursday 14th June 2018.

* What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please visit the venue's website here. Parking spaces have been reserved at the Avenue Campus, which is a short walk/ bus journey to Boldrewood Campus. Parking at Boldrewood Campus is extremely limited as there are on-going building works. There are some disabled spaces if required, please contact us to reserve these.

Boldrewood Innovation Campus, Burgess Road, Southampton SO16 7QF (please do not use this postcode in sat nav software. Instead use SO16 7PP, the campus entrance is opposite house number 70. Find us on Google Maps).

Getting to Boldrewood Campus by bus or coach

The Unilink U2, U6 and U9 bus services stop at Bolderwood Innovation Campus. Timetables and route maps are available on the unilink website.

National Express provides regular coach services to Southampton from central London, Heathrow, Birmingham, Bournemouth and the north.

Southampton Coach Station is at Western Esplanade, in the city centre, close to the train station. Some coach services also stop at Highfield Campus.

Getting to Boldrewood Campus by Rail

Fast trains from London and Bournemouth/Weymouth stop at Southampton Central and Southampton Airport Parkway.

Trains from Portsmouth and Bristol/South Wales stop at Southampton Central.

There are also regular trains from major airports such as Gatwick and Heathrow to Southampton Central. You can find details of routes and timetables on the National Rail website.

You can continue your journey to the Boldrewood Innovation Campus using our own unilink bus servicesor taxi.

The Unilink bus fare is £2 for a single or £3.50 for an all-day pass. Taxi fares from the city centre are usually around £6-10.

Getting from Avenue Campus to Boldrewood Campus by Bus

The Unilink U2 bus goes from Mayflower Halls in the city centre to Avenue Campus, it then stops at Boldrewood Campus

Some coach services also stop at Highfield Interchange, where you can get Unilink bus U2 to Avenue Campus (£2 single/£3.50 all-day pass) or walk to Avenue Campus.

The Buses that go past Boldrewood are the U2 and U6H.
