Wellness on the Road with bFRANK

Tom and Amy from bFRANK – the health and lifestyle coaching platform created by popular vanlife YouTubers Van Monkeys – will be delivering free, beginner-friendly morning workouts designed for the 50+ community, plus an inspiring Saturday talk in the Advice Centre on how simple lifestyle changes can reduce your risk of dementia. All sessions are included with your ticket.

Free Morning Workouts

All start at 9:30am – meet at the Advice Centre before heading to the workout area.

• Friday – Heart Health: “Feel the Beat”
  Upbeat, bodyweight-only cardio to get your blood pumping and boost energy for the day.
• Saturday – Cognitive Function: “Brain Gains”
  Fun coordination and balance challenges to sharpen both mind and body.
• Sunday – Strength: “Power Up”
  Simple, adaptable bodyweight moves to build all-over strength and confidence.
