Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome at the show, but we do ask they are kept on a lead. We ask all owners to be responsible for their animals and not to leave animals unattended in vehicles.

Is there mobility scooter hire?

Professional Mobility will be hiring mobility aids throughout the weekend. They will also offer a charging service. Hire can be booked in advance by calling 0800 6335711 or 07989 680034.

What is your disabled ticket policy?

If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant we can offer a 50% discount on the carer's ticket. Discounts will only be applied at the show on the full gate ticket price and supporting documentation will need to be shown when you arrive.

What are the show opening times?

Friday 9:30am-5:00pm Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm Sunday 9:30am-4:00pm

Can I camp at the event?

Yes, but only if you arrive on a Friday, you can upgrade your day ticket to a camping pass in the information. The cost will be £100 minus your day ticket fee. You can save £20 on camping if you book a camping ticket rather than a day ticket and upgrading. To do this visit www.warners-shows.co.uk.

Can I stay for the evening entertainment?

No, evening entertainment is only for people camping for the weekend.
