In the spirit of wellness, creativity, and peaceful global connexion, you are invited to participate in 'The Spirit of Creative Expression' - A 6 months free on-line healing space to express yourself through creative activities.

The Idea being that a monthly theme will be set by the organiser, and participants are invited to create a piece of art, poetry, music or dance piece relating to the theme.

No previous art skill or performance experience is required; only a willingness to take some virtual time out to get creative, share with others and have fun.

A lot of research evidence on well-being promotion indicate that having access to creative opportunities does improve mind, body and soul health in numerous ways, especially during such uncertain period of socially restricted times, particularly with the dark, cold winter nights fast approaching.

This Initiative offer a Mindfulness approach to tackling the negative impact of Lockdown and social isolation on our mental health. Hosted by Diane A King Spiritual Life Coach and Creative Therapist Evian Tara. Facilitated twice monthly, i.e. Every 2nd and 4th Sunday via Zoom and on Facebook Live for 1 hour 5-6pm GMT.

Art pieces can be any form, painting, drawing, collage, photography, body art make-up and performance can be spoken word, short stories, sketches, comedy, song, miming and or movement, whatever you have to creatively express the theme. Created individually or with family, children, or your friends. It really would be lovely to have you participate.

The only resources required is the Soul in you taking action with some colouring paper, pens/crayons/ pencils, blank paper, make-up/ face paint, old clothes or plain t-shirt, musical instrument if you have, and an open mind. At the end of each month selected pieces of work and/ or performance pieces will be collated for the making of a virtual creative soul expressions gallery, which will be shared Globally.
