About this event
Indulge in the vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka while making a difference! Join us for an afternoon of delicious food, cultural celebration and help us make a difference in the lives of those in need in Sri Lanka.

Every year the Society comes together to celebrate the work we’ve done so far and to raise funds for another year of helping improve the lives of those in need. All of us come together to celebrate the love we have for our beautiful island - so whether you want to feel nostalgic or have an introduction to a most welcoming and diverse culture, come along and celebrate with us! All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting charities in Sri Lanka.

Our Raffle Draw:
You are now able to buy tickets for our raffle draw online. Please proceed to ‘get tickets’ to buy raffle draw tickets. These are purchased separately to your event entry tickets. If you are unable to attend the event but wish to take part in the Raffle Draw this is very welcome and we thank your for your generosity! If you do win on the day we will contact you and gladly arrange to get your prize to you. Please proceed to ‘get tickets’ to buy raffle draw tickets (£2.00 + booking fee per ticket). You can also buy your raffle ticket through a member of the Sri Lanka Society, (£2.00 per ticket; no booking fee). This is separate to your event entry tickets. Your contact details will be collected at the point of purchase and we will email your unique raffle number(s) which will be submitted for the draw.Please see the list of our exciting prizes below.

Frequently asked questions
Absolutely - the venue is fully accessible. If there are any specific adjustments you require please contact us on our email (events@srilankasociety.org) and we will do our best to make arrangements.
There is free parking available for all our guests at the venue for the duration of the event. Please note, that vehicles must be removed from the premises after the conclusion of the event as the car park gates will be closed at 1645hrs.
The venue is only a 10 minute walk away from the Ealing Broadway station. There are also multiple bus routes available right up to the venue.
We encourage smart casual wear but please go all out on your traditional Sri Lankan outfits if you would like to!
The Sri Lankan cuisine is a very vegetarian and vegan friendly cuisine so rest assured there will be lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan options to choose from.
Of course! We are eager to see our next generation supporting a worthy cause. Tickets for children under 12 years can be purchased at £15 while children under 5 years are welcome to come free of charge.
If you have been invited by a member of the society please indicate so in the order form after your purchase. We will do our best to seat our guests as per these requests. We will also prioritise seating tickets booked together at one table. If there are any further requests please get in touch!
You can buy as many as you would like - the more the merrier we will be!
Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable - but if you don't end up making it to the event you can rest in the knowledge that your money is going to a worthy cause!
