Just yourself. You may wish to sit somewhere comfortable, have a blanket, a candle, or a cup of tea nearby - but there’s nothing you "must" have. This is designed to be simple and accessible.

How long is the event?

The main session will be approximately 1 hour, with an optional extra 15 minutes for reflection, sharing, or Q&A.

Is there a cost?

No. This event is a gift from the heart. Completely free.

Will the session be recorded?

To honour privacy and presence, the live session will not be recorded. This allows everyone to show up fully as they are.
