The Stoa: An Evening with Chris Murray, MP

In a special addition to the Stoa series, Chris Murray, MP for Edinburgh East & Musselburgh, will discuss a career as an MP and how to talk about politics across party lines. EPU's Secretary, Tom Willmer, and Labour Society's President, Johnny Alvarez-Buylla, will co-host a guided discussion with Mr Murray about a career as a Parliamentarian and how to talk about politics across party lines. As usual, the event will begin with 30 minutes of guided discussion, followed by audience Q&A for the remainder of the event. We will continue the conversation in the Pear Tree Pub across the road after the event for anyone interested.
