While it might feel like you can't get rid of it, there are skills you can learn to manage your life, your mindset and your relationships, giving you greater control over the impact of stress in your life and helping you to move forward.
Master strategies to manage stressful situations and relationships, create a clear focus for what you want and release yourself from the overwhelming feeling of stress.
In this half-day workshop you will learn:
Why We Get Stressed: what it does to your body, identifying your 'stress triggers' and the difference between good and bad stress;
How to Manage your Mindset: learn to control what's going on in your mind to positively benefit, rather than overwhelm you;
Easy to implement mindfulness techniques;
Focus & Perspective - define what you want and how to focus on it to improve your daily experience
Strategies for handling key stressful situations
The 360 view - other factors you can utilise to further improve your experience of stress.
This workshop is led by Alison from Anderida Coaching. Having battled with stress and its effects herself, over the course of a number of years, Alison has researched stress, its effects and how best to improve her life. This event now brings together this knowledge with coaching and NLP techniques designed to help you break your stress cycle quicker and to gain resources that give you greater control in stressful situations.
