We use dance as a powerful tool to address the impact of modern slavery. Our interactive dance experiences connect hearts, restore hope and inspire change. We do it for survivors and the children of tomorrow, because we believe in a future where everybody lives in freedom, and people dance only for joy.
This October 18th, during Anti-Slavery Week, we’re hosting our dazzling, Strictly Come Dancing-inspired evening at the Theatre in the Mulberry & Bigland Green Centre, Tower Hamlets.

🕺 Here’s what you can expect when you sign up:
- Sign up with a partner — spouse, friend, colleague, anyone you like! Don’t have a partner? No problem — get in touch and we’ll try to match you with someone.
- Enter with your own dance routine OR Learn a bespoke dance routine tailored to your chosen style and song, taught in-person by a professional choreographer.
- If you opt for a choreographer, they will film your session, so you and your partner can practise confidently in the lead-up to the big night. If you opt to enter your own dance routine a professional rehearsal director will be on hand to check in with you on the lead up to the event and will help you space your routine on the day itself ready for the performace.
- On performance day, take part in a dress rehearsal with all the other couples — get stage-ready and comfortable before the show begins.
- Then it’s time to get glammed up — hair, makeup, costume, lights — and perform live in front of our supportive audience and fabulous judging panel (don’t worry, Craig wasn’t available 😉).
Please note that there will be an additional costume cost if you're not bringing your own costume, we can help source these and discuss budget with you for this during rehearsals.
✨ Just like Strictly — but with heart. ✨You’ll experience the full glittering magic of being on Strictly Come Dancing, and even compete for the Glitterball Trophy — all while raising funds for the transformative work we do with survivors and in schools and communities across the UK.
🎟️ Entry fee: £120 per couple for own dance routine OR £200 per couple for the full choreographer package. Select the relevant option when buying your ticket for the experience.This includes all rehearsals, support from TNP professionals, and your full experience on the night.
