Take the plunge

On Sunday 7th December you are invited to take The Sue Ryder Big Dip Cheltenham cold plunge, to help raise vital funds fro Sue Ryder.

The Sue Ryder Big Dip Cheltenham, which is open to anyone aged 16 and over, will take place at the Cheltenham Lido. Registration will open at 11am, giving people a chance to prepare before the countdown to enter the pool at 11.30am.

New for this year, swimmers can accompany their dip with a challenge swim. Choose wheather to dip, or dip and swim when registering!

By taking part in The Sue Ryder Big Dip Cheltenham, we challenge you or your team to raise at least £50 to help make sure that everyone approaching the end-of-life of living with grief can access the support they need.
