About this event

Your Ordinary Life: How ACS Can Support You

Are you passionate about improving support for people with learning disabilities and autism? We want to hear from you!

The My Voice Focus Group is a great opportunity to work together in new and innovative ways to make a real difference. This group brings together self-advocates, families, carers, service providers, and key organisations—everyone is welcome.

Co-chaired by:

  • Nic Roper, Assistant Director of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism at Suffolk County Council
  • Mark Conquer, Expert with Experience Project Worker at Ace Anglia

In the My Voice Focus Group, we believe in the power of co-production. Our sessions feature guest speakers from health and social care who address the most important topics identified by the group. People with learning disabilities should join us to share their insights and drive the change they want to see across Suffolk.

Why should you join?

  • Collaborate with key voices: Share your experiences and ideas alongside other self-advocates, families, professionals, and organisations.
  • Have a direct impact: Help shape the future of services and support for people with learning disabilities and autism

Join us and be part of shaping a Suffolk where everyone’s ordinary life is supported.

Let’s work together to create lasting change. Get involved today!
