The Summer Leadership Camp 2024

Are you 17-26 years old? Would you like something different from your summer more than travelling, shopping or getting a job at the local supermarket? Sure, social cognitive studies have shown that you can learn from simply observing others and develop self-beliefs that influence your behaviour.

Instead, how about proactively engaging with other like minded young individuals in face-to-face skills workshops that will expand your imagination, context, confidence and comfort zone. You could spend countless hours observing and reading self help books, but, to experience change you need to experiment and explore.

Join us for an unforgettable leadership experience! This in-person event is designed to empower and inspire young leaders. Immerse yourself in a week of interactive workshops, team-building activities, and engaging discussions led by Kartik Bharadia.   • Central London venue, full day camp. Please ensure you can travel into and out of central London. Timings are 9AM - 4PM.
  • Maximum 10 per cohort, Limited spaces, subject to availability
  • Practical skills & workshops. The ask for you is that you come with an open mind and willingness to share your mind.

Enrolment is on rolling basis. Applications open on 20th February 2024.


**Your investment is £73 for the full day programme. Your funds covers our investment in preparing the content and plans, sourcing resources and locations, providing the necessary learning materials and giving feedback. Once a paid space is reserved, each delegate is required to complete an enrolment form to help us tailor the experience. Places are confimed once 50% of the spaces are reserved.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the ideal audience for the camp?

The summer camp is specifically targeted at young leaders who are on the cusp of completing or completed their formal years of education. The workshop content and style is suited to individuals who can prove capability to learn fast, collaborate and driven by the curiosity of a non-linear life path.

What is the experience of the facilitator in people and skill development?

This is a concept of and led by Kartik who is actively involved in the domain. He facilitates competency based training for new graduates, has held officer responsibilities within national youth organisations, delivers corporate management training and is a published author.

Where will the experience be hosted?

Everything is done in person and London-centric. Delegated need to be able to travel into Central London for the programme (9am-4pm). Transport cost is self funded to and from the main meeting point. During the day we may move the delegates to new spaces within the vicinity for maximum impact.

What format will the content be experienced?

Flexibility to apply a range of skills, thinking and ability will be necessary to optimise your experience of group discussions and training, 1:1 coaching, self-led and group practical exercises and reading materials.

What is the cost of the programme?

Your investment for the camp is £73. These funds covers our investment in preparing the content and plans, resources and locations, providing the necessary learning materials and giving feedback. Post purchase you will receive an enrolment form to further tailor the experience.

What is not included?

Delegates bring a packed lunch and snacks or buy something to eat locally. Travel to and from the main meeting point in Central London is self-funded. Fee applies for awarded dates only and refunds, exchanges or transfers are not possible. No other special purchases expected to participate.
