Sunday Soul Sessions is our series of workshops for writers who want to delve deep into the big issues and reflect on what it means to be human in a changing world.

Sometimes, on both a personl and political level, the world can feel like a dark place and, in those times, it can be hard to hold onto hope. As the nights draw in and the world seems to have been overtaken by social, political and environmental doom, how can we hang onto hope and lightness?

Join Beverley Ward in a gentle, reflective workshop in which we explore what it means for us to hold onto hope and look for the light in the darkness.
