Inviting you to join us at Patcham Memorial Hall for a relaxing end to the weekend.

Using sound to transport you, help you unwind and connect to your inner self. During the sound bath Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion will be played to create a relaxing experience. As we start to unwind we can harmonise with the sounds and feel a sense of release and restoration through deep relaxation.

You're invited to sit or lay down during the sound experience. Please bring a comfortable mat to lie on, blanket, cushion and anything needed to support with your comfort during the evening.

You'll be welcomed into the hall 10 minutes prior to the start time to settle into the space. Late comers cannot be allowed entrance once the sound bath has started to reduce any disruption to the relaxation experience.

Looking forward to welcoming you to a relaxing Sunday evening experience.
