Question 2

Will The Supercar Experience be cancelled in the event of bad weather?

Accepted Answer

If we experience mild bad weather, such as rain, the event will still go ahead. A health and safety representative will only advise cancelling the event in the case of extreme bad weather and this will be communicated to all those with pre-booked tickets.

Question 3

Will we be offered refunds if The Supercar Experience is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If The Supercar Experience is cancelled by event organisers, attendees will be offered a refund or the opportunity to leave your entry fee as a kind donation to Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. If you can no longer attend The Supercar Experience, you will not be entitled to a refund.

What time does the event start?

You can gain access to The Supercar Experience from 10am.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

If you pre-book your ticket through Eventbrite, tickets are £3 per person. Under 5's go free. You will still need to select free tickets for those under 5 for health and safety purposes.

Can I pay on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can pay with cash or card on the day for £4 per person, under 5's go free.

Question 7

How old do you need to be to attend The Supercar Experience?

Accepted Answer

We welcome people of all ages to The Supercar Experience, but those aged 16 years and under will need to be accompanied at at all times by an adult aged 18 years or older.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There are 12,000 free parking spaces and direct access via rail, road and tram.  
Parking at Meadowhall is free for all customers, including those attending The Supercar Experience.

Question 9

Is there disabled access and parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is disabled access and we have 350 disabled access spaces.

Question 10

Are there any services available for disabled or wheelchair users?

Accepted Answer

Yes, head to Pink car park for the nearest Shopmobility Desk outside Marks and Spencer. There are self- drive scooters and wheelchairs available for your use. These can be pre booked by calling the Meadowhall Careline on 0845 600 6800 before you arrive.

I don't have a car – where is the nearest public transport?

The centre is easy to reach thanks to the Meadowhall Passenger Transport Interchange (PTI).

Question 12

Can I get to The Supercar Experience by bus/train/tram?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 120 buses arrive here every hour.  
Up to 400 trains come to our interchange.  
Every 10 minutes a Supertram arrives. Take a look at the Travel South Yorkshire website for times and fares: http://www.travelsouthyorkshire.com/bustramandtrainessentials

Where will The Supercar Experience be?

The Supercar Experience is taking place on the Orange Car Park, outside the Oasis Dining Quarter.

Are there baby change facilities?

Accepted Answer

Meadowhall provides baby change facilities in all toilets. The closest facilities are located in the Oasis Dining Quarter.

Question 15

How many people can I book a ticket for?

Accepted Answer

There is no limit to how many tickets can be booked at once.

Question 16

Can I bring food in with me?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring food into The Supercar Experience. The Oasis Dining Quarter will also be open to all guests to find something tasty!

Question 17

Can I purchase food and drink inside the event area?

Accepted Answer

Food and drink will not be on sale in the event area, but you won't need to go far to find the Oasis  Dining Quarter where you find everything from snacks, drinks to sit down meals in one of the many restaurants.

Are there toilet facilities?

Yes, the nearest toilets can be found in the Oasis Dining Quarter.

Question 19

Are disabled toilet facilities provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the nearest disabled toilet facilities can be found in the Lower Oasis Dining Quarter.

Question 20

If it's raining, can I bring an umbrella?

Accepted Answer

As the event is held outdoors we advise that you wrap up warm and have a waterproof coat or a waterproof poncho with you.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Dogs will be not be permitted into the event space except support dogs.

Question 22

Can I leave the event space and re-enter without paying again?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course. When leaving the event space, make sure you get a hand stamp as you exit. When you're ready to come back in, just show this to one of our volunteers to be able to re-enter the event space.
