Anastasia Smirnova is a London-based yoga teacher and consciousness guide with a background in Forrest and Mandala Yoga, Atma Kriya, and neuroscience. She blends movement, breath, sound, and ritual to unlock emotional release and embodied resilience, creating spaces that are both sacred and science-backed.
