Event description

Description

Melissa Hemsley is a cook, author, British Vogue columnist and champion of sustainable, nourishing food and enterprises. This Autumn, Melissa embarks on the first of her series of The Sustainability Sessions; informative, engaging and optimistic live panel events to help all of us who want to leave a more positive footprint and embrace sustainability in all its many guises. These sessions aim to help you make the smart, simple choices that are better for the planet and for you too.

This event will see Melissa chat to model, academic and Mental Health advocate, Jada Sezer, fertility expert and acupuncturist, Emma Cannon and gut health specialist and dietician Dr Megan Rossi. In a world over subscribed with conflicting womens health advice, this expert panel decodes topics such as how to go with your gut, embracing body positivity and understanding our monthly cycle. What plastic health products should we be ditching and what steps can we take to nourish our mind, body and soul?

Hosted at the beautiful Grade II listed Ennismore Sessions House, guests will enjoy drinks and nibbles on arrival, followed by this expert led discussion full of motivational stories that will fill your cup and hopefully leave you inspired. Guests will be invited to ask the panellists their own questions so come prepared and don’t be shy!

Tickets are limited and priced at £15 with £5 from each ticket sold being donated to the Breast Cancer Support Charity Future Dreams.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable and guests are subject to change.
