Andrew Mayo is a well-known international consultant, speaker and author. He was for many years a Programme Director at London Business School and is Professor of Human Capital Management at Middlesex University Business School. Andrew will be discussing talent management within organisations both public and private.
"The definition and scope of what we include as ‘talent’ however is very variable. The key processes of talent planning, resourcing, development, and retention are well known – but what does it mean to do these in an integrated and strategic way, rather than being merely reactive? And how important is a shared culture of talent nurture to the success of these processes?” Andrew will discuss an integrated framework for identifying and managing talent, and provide practical examples. The session will be fully interactive with opportunity for discussion and inter-organisational learning.
